Please allow 1-2 extra days for your order to ship during busy periods and SALE events (although our team will be working LIKE CRAZY to get it to you sooner!).
Shipping:
- US, UK, Australia: 3-8 business days
- Anywhere in Europe: 6-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-12 business days
You will receive an email with your tracking number and package content. Typically, you may track your package the same evening or the following business day from your 'Thank you' page (This is a link you will receive by email or sms from us upon your online purchase).

To complete your return we only require a receipt or proof of purchase. And you have 90 days to give it back! No questions asked.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not beyond our control.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Normally up to 3 business days).
I ordered two or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are in some instances shipped from different warehouses (always depending on your location).
While not always the case, you may receive one item before the next, so please do not panic if they don't come together! We do it for efficiency and to serve our customers (you) worldwide faster; the remaining one will get to you!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged, as well as if you are not happy with the size. If you need to exchange, send us an email at hello@evolvefitactivewear.com and someone from the team will kindly guide you through the next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
